Mindfulness Meditation

Mondays  - 7:45pm @ The Tree Room


Discover your own wisdom in this welcoming, small group setting.  Mindfulness is about learning to be fully present through developing one's awareness.  In this class this may take the form of movements, sharing experiences of meditation,  asking questions and, naturally, practising still meditation.  You need not bring anything, though I recommend wearing comfortable, loose clothing.


Yoga Open Class

Mondays  & Thursdays 8:00pm - 9:00pm @ The Tree Room


These classes are open for students of any age and ability.  You will learn how to move and adapt asanas in a way that is helpful to suit your body.  Influenced by classical yoga these sessions are about inviting peacefulness into the body; noticing how it is possible to increase strength and flexibility through ease and restfulness.


Yoga Intermediate Class



The intermediate class is for students who have some experience practising yoga and would like to develop their individual practise.  As such these sessions are generally less guided than the open classes with the opportunity of exploring asanas with increased depth.


One-to-One or Small Group Class

I'm delighted to now be able to offer One to One or Small Group sessions (up to four people).  So if you would like your very own class, by yourself or with friends this is the one for you!  These sessions are open to both complete begninnersand experienced practitioners alike.
